What a scorcher yesterday… and today it is set to be 29 degrees. Summer has arrived, which is wonderful as there are some beautiful beaches in Brittany!
Hope this weather continues right through until September, four months of glorious sunshine.
Sunday, we are off to ‘La plage’. There are lots of beaches within easy reach – the coastal town of Vannes is just 30 mins away; Carnac has miles of sandy beaches, but is touristy and can get very busy. Our favourite beach in Brittany is Damgan. It is also popular with the French, who keep it a secret, so you won’t find many English here.
