I decided to order the Certificat de Conformité online.

Experience has taught me that sometimes it is better to pay a little more and let someone else deal with French bureaucracy.

I ordered it about a week ago and it arrived today…I now have the piece of paper that proves that 2CV’s conform to French standards… but it was made in France…

Sometimes it is best not to try and understand.

I just hope that the Prefecture accept it.

Now, I am just waiting for the new headlight lenses and then we can go for an MOT retest.
